Do you deliver crackers in Hyderabad?
Yes. Hyderabad is our biggest pickup point. Orders are accepted until 3 November, the latest of any Telangana city, and transit from Sivakasi is typically 3–8 days. Transport is ₹700, free on product totals above ₹10,000. We WhatsApp you the exact address and timing when your order arrives.
Do you offer home delivery?
No. Crackers cannot go by courier or to your door; they travel by lorry from Sivakasi. Choose one of our six pickup points (Hyderabad, Warangal, Karimnagar, Nizamabad, Mahabubnagar, Khammam) or any other Telangana town. Carry your Order ID to collect.
I live in a village or a town that isn’t a pickup point. Can I order?
Yes. Choose “Other town in Telangana” on the order page and type your town. We book the lorry to the parcel office nearest it (₹700, free above ₹10,000) and WhatsApp you the office address and LR number. Orders for other Telangana towns close on 30 October.
How much is transport?
₹700 flat to any pickup point or Telangana town, free above ₹10,000 of products. Other states: Tamil Nadu ₹400 (free above ₹5,000); Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Puducherry ₹600–700 (free above ₹10,000); rest of India ₹900–1,490 (free above ₹20,000).
Will my order reach before Diwali?
Yes. Order before your pickup point’s cut-off and it is there on or before Diwali (8 November), or you get a full refund. See the cut-off dates.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Your confirmation email links to your order-status page: payment received, packed, on the lorry (with the transport company and LR number) and reached your pickup point. We also WhatsApp you at each step.
Do you ship to other states?
Yes. Choose “Outside Telangana” on the order page, pick your state and type your city; the charge and cut-off show immediately. Andaman & Nicobar, Lakshadweep, Ladakh and Daman & Diu are not served.
