How do I order?
Open the order page, add products, choose your pickup point and fill in your details. You get an Order ID straight away with all payment options on screen. Pay from your own UPI app or bank, then enter the transaction ID or WhatsApp the screenshot. See how to order.
What is the minimum order value?
₹3,000 of products. Transport is ₹700 anywhere in Telangana and free on product totals above ₹10,000.
How can I pay?
By PhonePe, BHIM or GPay QR, UPI ID sivakasienterprises@ybl or @ibl, PhonePe number 7904567729, or bank transfer to Sivakasi Enterprises. Pay the exact amount shown. See payment details.
Why is there no card or online payment?
Fireworks cannot be sold through e-commerce websites, so this website is for you to see the products we have and send us an enquiry. We contact you after your enquiry, and you pay by UPI or bank transfer and confirm on WhatsApp.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
No. All orders are prepaid and are packed only after payment is verified. Orders with no payment after 24 hours are cancelled.
Do you offer home delivery?
No. Orders travel by lorry to our pickup points in Hyderabad, Warangal, Karimnagar, Nizamabad, Mahabubnagar and Khammam, or the parcel office nearest any other Telangana town. See pickup points.
What is the last date to order for Diwali?
Tuesday 3 November for Hyderabad and Friday 30 October for other Telangana cities and towns. See the cut-off dates.
What is your refund policy?
If your order has not reached your pickup point on or before Diwali, you get a full refund, no questions asked. See our refund policy.
