Where do you ship from?
We ship from Sivakasi in Tamil Nadu and our other licensed locations in Tamil Nadu. Sivakasi is known as the fireworks capital of India, ensuring you get authentic, high-quality green crackers directly from the source.
Do you offer home delivery?
⚠️ Home delivery is NOT available. Orders must be picked up from designated parcel offices.
We ship from Tamil Nadu and delivery is through parcel services like Parveen Express or lorry/trucks. You’ll need to collect your order from the parcel office or truck location. They will call you when they arrive near your location (usually within a short distance). You must go and collect the parcel from their designated spot.
What is the minimum order value?
The minimum order value for Telangana is ₹3,000. This ensures cost-effective shipping and handling of your crackers order.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, we do NOT offer Cash on Delivery to any locations.
All orders must be fully paid in advance. Orders are shipped only after complete payment is received. Order enquiries without payment will be automatically cancelled within 24 hours.
How much do you charge for shipping?
We charge ₹800 per carton box for shipping. This covers the transportation from our warehouse in Tamil Nadu to your pickup location in Telangana.
Can I order from villages?
Yes, you can order from any location! However, please note that you’ll need to pick up your order at the nearest town or city. We don’t provide home delivery or direct village delivery. The parcel will arrive at the nearest major town’s parcel office.
When did you start this business?
We’ve been in this business since 2010 – that’s over 14 years of experience! We have successfully shipped crackers to all states in India for Diwali, Vishu, marriages, and other celebrations.
Are crackers available throughout the year?
Yes! Crackers are available throughout the year. Whether it’s for festivals, weddings, or special celebrations, you can order anytime. However, during peak seasons like Diwali, we recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery.

Can I track my order?
Yes! We provide you with a Parcel Receipt or Lorry Receipt (LR) for your order. You can use this to:

No refunds are offered once the order is shipped.
However, if your order is not delivered for any reason, we will investigate the issue thoroughly. If we find that the order was indeed not delivered due to our fault, we will process a refund accordingly.
